Shri Utpal Kumar Hazarika has done BE (Electrical) from  Assam Engineering College in Year 1987.  He has worked as  Engineer, IT Division, AMTRON for four year and  7 years as a customer Support Engineer and Customer Support Manager in Wipro Limited.   

Apart from that he has followng Business Experience

• Started proprietary  IT firm “Integrated Systems & Services (ISS)” based in Guwahati. It is involved in IT Services and System Integration. ISS has carried out several prestigious projects.
• Promoter and director of software service companies Udvabhan Consulting Private Limited, and CWT Schoolzone
• Director and founder of IT service company IntSys Services Private Limited
• Director in recognized startup Ivantage Private Limited which produce environment friendly bamboo-cane furniture
• Started several greenfield fisheries in rural areas
