Mr. Roshnikumar Yambem had got educational qualification of B.Tech. (Computer Science & Engineering) from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai in the year 2004. He had started working as freelance web designer after completion of engineering and later founded the Globizs Web Solutions Pvt Ltd - the most trusted IT company in the state working in the area of IT Service, IT product development, IoT and Robotics. 
 
Beside his enterpreneural journjey, he was actively involved in the development of StartUp eco-system in Manipur. Since 2014 till 2018, he had worked as Project Director for Startup/Enterpreneurship Division at Dynamic Manipur, non profit organization deals in eco-system development of startup in the region. He had conducted many workshop, seminar & startup event during his tenure at Dynamic Manipur. 
 
He is an advocate of Lean Startup Methodology in the region. He was exposed to Lean Startup Workshop organized by Lean Startup Machine at Hyderabad in the year 2013. Since then he had been delivering lectures on Lean Startup in many events and educational institutes in the region including IIT (Guwahati), NERIST (Arunachal Pradesh) etc. 
 
And also he had been mentoring many of the young startup enterpreneurs of the region every Second & Fourth Saturday, at his office since 2014. 
 
And he was also nominated by the State Government for participation in the "Champions of Change" by NITI Aayog in 2017, where the top 400 young enterpreneurs of India were interacted by Hon'ble Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. 
 
He also works as Official Mentor for Atal Tinkering Lab across the Schools in the region, under NITI Aayog and also for the Indian Institute of Enterpreneurship, Guwahati. ​Currently he also works as an official Member of the Startup Cell under Government of Manipur. 
 
Above to all, he also had been delivering talks as Global Speaker in the area of Personal & Business Growth.
