After completing an illustrative career of 30 years of working in leading software companies in the leadership / mentoring roles JC started Ubona Technologies in the year 2008. Under JC’s leadership Ubona Technologies developed India’s first speech recognition product, acquired funding, took the product to the market and became a successful and profitable venture.

With deep expertise in last mile communication, internet protocols and technologies, large scalable system design, consumer behavior, payment technologies he spends most of his time working with senior executives on transformational and disruptive change.

JC has also spent 30 years of professional career in consulting and software development in the companies in the likes of CMC ltd, Wipro, eCapital and July systems and 
has led several projects in telecommunication, billing and mediation, supply chain, business and operations strategy, and customer relationship management.
