Smt. Vandana Srivastava, Jurisdictional Director, STPI-Guwahati Directorate and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), OctaNE Centres of Entrepreneurship (CoEs) is heading initiatives of Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) in the 8 North Eastern States of India. She has played a key role in the successful set-up and operationalization of 8 STPI CoEs in NER along with domain specific labs for supporting Emerging Technology Startups in the region.

An Engineering Graduate from IIT-BHU, Mrs. Vandana Srivastava has extensive experience in Policy and Scheme implementation for the promotion of IT/ITeS and ESDM industry. She has also served as the Nodal Officer for implementation of Modified Special Incentive Package Scheme (M-SIPS) of MeitY to promote large scale manufacturing in the country.
